Great location, great beer, great staff! Super fun events. The permanent food truck Hodgepodge has delicious food. Overall the perfect place for a beer after work, a fleet together with friends or any other occasion you can think of.
Favorite brewery in MN. Don't get prickly over that statement. There are a lot of great breweries in MN. FSBC is just so cool. Dog friendly. Excellent, friendly service. Great seating indoors and out. Large outdoor space for live music and food trucks. Beer I've tried has all been excellent. And to top it off, the history of the building is super fascinating. Highly recommend you make this place a regular stop if you're out looking for a cold brew.
We love our hometown brewery! A consistent rotation of good brews, lots of space for social gatherings like our monthly board game group, and a large back area for private events. There are often associated food trucks and hosted events like purse bingo. The drinking buddies club is a great deal!

Awesome community minded brewery that gets customer service! They have a myriad of events (sometimes the unannounced ones are epic-like free starter plants from the plants in the brewery!). I would give this place DOUBLE STARS, since it is called Forgotten Star. Great historic spot here!
